Office Administrator

The Township of Dubreuilville is currently accepting internal and external applications for the position of Office Administrator on a full-time basis. This full-time position is designated as temporary to cover a maternity leave, with an expected duration until early 2028. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive hourly wage ranging from $24.29 to $28.15.

Reporting to the CAO-Clerk, the Office Administrator will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities to ensure the efficient operation of the municipal office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and French. Integrity, discretion, and a thorough understanding of confidentiality are essential. Additionally, the successful applicant should demonstrate excellent time management skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and strong organizational capabilities.
