NOTICE OF SURPLUS
LAND FOR SALE
Take notice that the Corporation of the Township of Dubreuilville has declared the following properties as surplus to its needs:
PART 2, 3, 4 & 5 OF PART 12 OF REGISTERED PLAN OF SUBDIVISION M-399, REFERENCE PLAN 1R-13224, GEOGRAPHIC TOWNSHIP OF DUBREUILVILLE, DISTRICT OF ALGOMA
And take further notice that the Corporation of the Township of Dubreuilville proposes to allow for the SALE of the remaining four (4) lots for residential development.
The Corporation of the Township of Dubreuilville is now accepting Expressions of Interest for sale and development of the remaining properties. Minimum bid/offer for each property for sale is $8,500.
The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Dubreuilville will consider the land sale as Expressions of Interest are presented. Please submit your offer of purchase to the Municipal Office, in a sealed envelope with the “Part number and the words Magpie Point” clearly marked on the envelope of your purchase offer. The form is available upon request.
In order for your bid to be considered, you must include 20% of your bid as a deposit, by certified check or money order payable to the Township of Dubreuilville. The deposit will be returned to the bidder if not selected. Council reserves the right to refuse any and all offers.
