Housing

Dubreuilville has an extremely competitive housing market. Residential housing is considered affordable and relatively new with the majority of the homes being constructed between 1961 and 1990. The housing mix is mainly made up of modular homes, single detached bungalows and a small amount of one and two rental apartments.

In 2007, room for a new sub-division was cleared and eight serviced lots were built and are ready for new construction. Temporary bunkhouse accommodations have been erected by the mines to lodge their workforce.

Dubreuilville Online Land Inventory

The online land inventory aims to showcase available land to potential residents and investors looking to relocate to the community. The CDEC aims to have a well-organized and up-to-date inventory that demonstrates that our community is interested in attracting new residents and to build investor confidence.
